PHIT Chairperson.
Welcome to Prime Health Initiative Tanzania (PHIT).
PHIT is a new organization that is strategically focused and operated by well-organised devoted and team-oriented individuals who have a common goal of providing support to the Ministry of Health in Tanzania and the Donor community in addressing and solving new and existing health and moral related challenges through our community.
PHIT has a well-diversified expertise team in different areas such as health care services, digital health, community advocacy, monitoring evaluation and research. In PHIT we have a very innovative and creative team that will take public health in Tanzania to the next level. Our motto is “Quality Health for All”. We have sincere faith that you will support us in any means possible, to achieve this vision.

Raymond Bandio
MD, MPH (PHIT Secretary)
Dr. Raymond Bandio is a trained Medical Doctor graduated from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) and Public Health Specialist from the University of South Wales (USW), United Kingdom. Dr. Raymond has eight years (8) experiences working with Donor funded HIV projects in Curative and Prevention in Tanzania in both Technical and Managerial Portfolios.
Husna Athumani
BA, CPA (PHIT Treasurer)
Husna Athumani has more than 8 years experience in Accounting and Financial management. She has worked in various projects and NGOs providing technical support in Budgets preparation and monitoring, Finacial reporting, Internal controls and advisory on compliances.
Husna Holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and CPA
